人文社科期刊导向管理指的是通过管理导向保证期刊正确的政治方向、学术导向和价值取向,其实质是要正确处理好学术与政治的关系问题。这是由哲学社会科学“有补于治道”的本质属性决定的。我们要建构一种“中国特色”的、基于集体主义和人民主体性的哲学社会科学.正确处理好学术与政治,学术话语、政治话语(官方)与民间话语(大众),学术与智库的关系,通过学习党和国家领导人的系列重要讲话等多种途径,提高导向管理水平。

The orientation management of humanities and social sciences periodicals refers to ensuring correct political orientation,academic orientation and value orientation of periodicals through management orientation.Its essence is to correctly handle the relationship between academic and political issues.This is determined by the essential attribute of philosophy and social sciences that"it is beneficial to governance".We should construct philosophy and social sciences with "Chinese characteristics" based on collectivism and human democracy,correctly handle academic and political discourse,academic discourse,political discourse(official)and folk discourse(public),the relationship between academics and think-tank,and raise the orientation management level through studying the speeches of the Party and state leaders and other means.
