有无高血压病的冠心病患者肠道菌群的差异 被引量:5

The gut microbiota composition in coronary heart disease patients with and without hypertension

摘要 目的:探索高血压病对冠心病患者肠道菌群的影响。方法:连续入选冠状动脉造影明确诊断且初次诊断冠心病的男性患者,根据是否合并高血压病,将其分为高血压病(HP)组18例和非高血压病(NHP)组12例,采用16S rRNA测序分析两组患者肠道菌群的菌种组成。结果:α多样性分析表明,HP组患者的Chao1及Shannon指数均明显低于NHP组(P值分别为0.037和0.046);β多样性分析表明,HP对肠道菌群的影响占所有差异的36.87%。在门水平,Firmicutes在HP组和NHP组的占比分别是26.68%和37.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在科水平,HP组和NHP组Ruminococcaceae和Enterobacteriaceae的占比有显著差异(分别为8.85%∶19.63%,P<0.001;6.94%∶1.43%,P<0.001)。Lefse分析结果表明,Ruminococcaceae是NHP组和HP组差异最显著的菌种。结论:NHP组患者的肠道菌群丰度较HP组更加丰富,并且NHP组患者Firmicutes/Ruminococcaceae(门/科水平)的含量明显高于HP组。 Objective:To evaluate the role of hypertension on the gut microbiota composition in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:Thirty patients with CHD,diagnosed by coronary angiography,were consecutively enrolled in this study.All patients were male and divided into hypertension(HP)group(n=18)and non—hypertension(NHP)group(n=12).16S rRNA sequencing was employed for the analysis of abundance of gut microbiota.Result:a-diversity analysis showed that the Chao 1 and Shannon indexes were significantly lower in HP group than those in NHP group(P=0.037 and 0.046,respectively), β-diversity analysis indicated that HP-related difference might explain 36.87%o,total variation.At phyla level,the abundance of Firmicutes was significantly higher in NHP group than that in HP group(37.84%vs 26.68%,P<0.001);at family level,there was statistical difference of the abundance of Ruminococcaceae and Enterobacteriaceae between the HP and NHP group(8.85%vs 19.63%,PV0.001;6.94%vs 1.43%,P<0.001).Lefse analysis showed that Ruminococcaceae abundance is significantly increased in NHP group than that in NP group.Conclusion:There is a significant decrease in bacterial richness and diversity in CHD patients and the abundance of Firmicutes/Ruminococcaceae(phyla and family)was significantly high in NHP group than that in HP group.
