3D printing technology is an extension of the conventional reconstruction image processing in many fields. In recent years, cardiac surgery and other fields have also gradually started clinical application. Some coronary heart disease lesions are complex, and the progress of cardiac therapy requires interventional therapy to understand and evaluate the relevant anatomical structure and its relationship with the surrounding structure,so as to guide interventional therapy. In the planning of surgery or surgical process, conventional two-dimensional images are difficult to clearly show the complex spatial anatomy, while 3 D printing can better display the anatomy of surgery or surgical process intuitively to clinicians, and can also help measure the suitability of equipment. This is important for the selection of treatment options and improving the prognosis and provides a new idea for the treatment of complex and difficult coronary heart disease, and it is gradually becoming the current research hotspot. The application and prospect of 3 D printing in the treatment of coronary heart disease are reviewed.
