摘要
目的比较离体牙去釉后,不同处理方法处理去釉面以后的粗糙度的差异。方法收集前磨牙及前牙的离体牙60颗,统一进行邻面去釉后分为6组,各组再经过不同的方法对去釉面进行处理,A组:物理抛光;B组:35%磷酸酸蚀剂酸蚀;C组:氟保护漆涂布;D组:渗透树脂修复;E组:Biorepair牙膏定期(1次/天)刷洗;F组:无处理措施。体外PH循环60天后,利用粗糙度轮廓仪和三维形貌测量激光显微镜观察各组邻面粗糙度之间的区别。结果使用粗糙度仪和三维形貌测量激光显微镜所测得的结果基本一致,A、B、C、D、E各组与F组之间均有明显差异(P<0.05);D、E组与A、B、C组之间有明显差异(P<0.05);A、B、C组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);D、E组之间用粗糙度仪观察的结果显示有明显差异(P<0.05),而用三维激光形貌显微镜观察的结果显示无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论邻面去釉后釉质面变得相对粗糙。使用物理抛光、酸蚀剂酸蚀、涂布氟保护漆等方法对于邻面粗糙度的改变并不明显。使用渗透树脂、Biorepair牙膏修复去釉后的釉质面,在改善粗糙度方面能达到相对较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of different treatment methods on roughness of the enamel surface after enamel reduction in vitro.Methods Sixty isolated premolars and anterior teeth were collected,which were divided into six groups after interproximal enamel reduction.Each group used different method to treat the enamel surface,group A:physical polishing;group B:35%phosphoric acid etchant etching;group C:fluoride protection paint coating;group D:penetrating resin repairing;group E:biorepair toothpaste washing termly(1time/day);group F:no treatment.Roughness measuring machine and three dimensional topography measurement laser microscope were used to observe the different roughness of each group after PH cycle in vitro for 60 days.Results There was significant difference between groups(A,B,C,D,E)and F(P<0.05)and between groups(D,E)and groups(A,B,C)(P<0.05).No significant difference was fonud between group A,B and C(P>0.05).The results of roughness machine observation between group D and E showed significant difference(P<0.05),while the results of laser microscope showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The enamel surface becomes relatively rough after interproximal enamel reduction.Physical polishing,acid etching and fluoride coating do not have obvious effect on the roughness of the surface.Using the treatment of the enamel surface by permeable resin and biorepair toothpaste can achieve relatively good effect in improving the roughness.
