基于“自教育”思想的学校特色文化构建

摘要 保定市美术中学在长期的办学实践和课程改革探索中凝练出"自教育"思想,并使其不断丰富、发展和完善。立足"自教育"思想构建具有美术中学特色的"自教育"文化具有非常重要的意义。保定市美术中学积极构建具有自身特色的理念文化、彰显"自教育"本质的自觉文化和促进师生自主成长的反思文化,以学校文化浸润师生心灵,将自身打造成一所面向未来的优质学校。 Baoding Art Middle School has condensed the concept of "self-education" in the longterm practice of running schools and the exploration of curriculum reform, and continuously enriched, developed and improved the concept. It is of great significance to build a "self-education" culture with the characteristics of art middle school based on the "self-education" idea. Baoding Art Middle School has actively constructed a concept culture with its own characteristics, a self-conscious culture that highlights the essence of education, and a reflective culture that promotes the independent growth of teachers and students. The school culture can infiltrate the minds of teachers and students and transform itself into a quality school oriented to the future.
