摘要
落实立德树人根本任务,努力开创德育工作新局面,是当前每所学校应该重视的问题。而德育是一项系统工程,德育工作的开展需要有完善的规划体系和科学的管理机制。长沙市雅礼中学构建"五位一体"的德育立交桥工作体系,凭借文化引领和课程建构两大举措,突破定势,将德育模式从传统"他育"引向"自育",从而开创了德育工作的新局面,带来了德育实效的新发展。
Implementing the fundamental tasks of educating people with high morality and striving to open a new page of moral education is an issue that every school should pay attention to. Moral education is a systematic project that requires an overall planning system and an effective management mechanism. Changsha Yali Middle School has built the "five-in-one" system of moral education. With the two major measures of guiding with culture and building on courses, the school has made breakthroughs as it transforms moral education into self-education and ushered into a new era of moral education with new development.
