新时代,有理想、懂担当、敢作为成为青年一代的必然要求,德育工作的重要性越来越突出。做好德育工作的最佳时期莫过于少年儿童时期,这要求小学教育工作者勇于承担责任,深刻认识小学德育工作的重要性,坚持教育的社会主义方向,将德育摆在素质教育的核心位置。具体而言,学校可以从以下几方面开展德育工作:一是守护好校园教育主阵地,开展融入生活的情景教学、突出择优示范的榜样教学、注重自我管理能力培养的责任教学;二是维护好家庭教育主通道,指导家长开展科学的家庭教育;三是利用好社会教育大课堂,让学生在社会实践中提升思想品德修养。

In the new era, the younger generation are required to have ideals, know the responsibility and dare to shoulder. Thus moral education is becoming more and more important. The best period to carry out moral education is in the adolescence. This requires primary school educators to take responsibility and profoundly understand the importance of moral education in primary schools, starting from the kids, adhering to the socialist direction of education, and placing moral education in the first place. Specifically, the school can protect the campus education main position by carrying out the situational teaching into life, highlight the model teaching of the excellent demonstration, and pay attention to the self-management ability training;maintain the main channel of family education by guiding parents to scientific family education;make good use of the social education to enable students to improve their ideological and moral cultivation in social practice.
