写作教学是小学语文的重要组成部分,也是全面提高学生综合素质的一项重要工作。作文并不是单纯的语言文字练习,"成文"的过程即在帮助学生"成人"。因此,教师在写作教学中要注重发挥其育人功能。具体来说,教师可以从以下几方面做起:一是自由表达,让写作成为学生生活的需要;二是个性表达,让写作给生活增添美好的情趣;三是真实表达,为学生高尚的人生奠基;四是真情表达,让良师成为学生的益友。

Writing is an important part of the Chinese learning in primary schools, and it is also an important task to comprehensively improve the overall quality of students. Composition is not a simple language practice. The process of "writing" is to help students become "adult". Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the function of educating people in Writing. Specifically, teachers can start from the following aspects. First, encourage free expression, stimulate writing interest, and make writing the needs of students’ lives. Second, encourage individual expression, improve writing level, so as to add a good taste to life. Third, encourage real expression, create a writing platform, lay the foundation for the noble life of students. Fourth, encourage the expression of true feelings, use proper evaluation, so that the mentor becomes a friend of the students.
