温针与毫针治疗颈椎病患者颈部疼痛的疗效对比

Comparison of the therapeutic effect of warm needle and acupuncture on cervical pain in patients with cervical spondylosis

目的对比温针与毫针治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法选取于2018年1月至2019年6月期间四川省凉山州昭觉县中彝医院收治的86例颈椎病患者随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组患者接受温针针刺治疗,对照组患者接受毫针针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前,治疗7d后、治疗14d后及治疗21d后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)得分情况;比较两组患者治疗后的疗效。结果治疗7d后、治疗14d后及治疗21d后,观察组患者VAS量表得分均低于对照组患者及治疗前(P<0.01);治疗21d后,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论温针治疗颈椎病的疗效高于毫针,能够显著缓解患者颈部疼痛,促进患者的康复。

Objective To compare the efficacy of warm needle and needle in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods During the period from January 2018 to June 201986 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Traditional Chinese and Yi Medicine Hospital of Zhaojue,were randomly divided into warm needles.Group and control group.Patients in the observation group received warm needle acupuncture treatment,and patients in the control group received acupuncture treatment.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups before treatment,after 7 days of treatment,after 14 days of treatment,and after 21 days of treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After 7 days of treatment,14 days after treatment and 21 days after treatment,the VAS scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and before treatment(P<0.01);after 21 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needle treatment of cervical spondylosis is more effective than acupuncture,which can significantly relieve neck pain and promote rehabilitation.
