新辅助化疗联合放疗与单纯放疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效比较

Comparison of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy and radiotherapy alone for locally advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨对局限性晚期宫颈癌患者采用单纯放疗治疗与采用新辅助化疗联合放疗方案治疗的疗效差异。方法选取河西学院附属张掖人民医院于2017年1月至2018年6月期间收治的局限性晚期宫颈癌患者计76例,随机分为采用常规放疗治疗对照组(n=38)与采用新辅助化疗联合放疗治疗实验组(n=38),对比治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后瘤体直径小于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对局限性晚期宫颈癌患者采用新辅助化疗联合放疗方案治疗效果理想,能够有效减少瘤体体积,且不会导致不良反应的增加,安全性较高,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the difference in efficacy between patients with localized advanced cervical cancer treated with radiotherapy alone and neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy.Methods 76 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer admitted to the Zhangye People's Hospital affiliated to Hexi College from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=38)treated with conventional radiotherapy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The radiotherapy treatment group(n=38)was compared to the therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the tumor diameter after treatment was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with localized advanced cervical cancer with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy is effective,can effectively reduce the tumor volume,and will not lead to an increase in adverse reactions,high safety,and worthy of clinical application.
