医院体检中心护理风险管理的应用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of nursing risk management in hospital physical examination center

目的分析医院体检中心护理风险管理的应用效果。方法选择2017年9月至2018年9月在医院体检中心进行体检的250例体检人员。将其按照护理方法的不同随机分为观察组125例运用护理风险管理,对照组125例运用常规护理,最后两组的护理效果进行对比。结果两组的护理效果进行对比,观察组护理满意度、风险发生率以及护理质量显然优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理应用在医院体检中心,有效提升护理的满意度以及护理质量,减少护理风险的发生,此护理方法具有重要作用。

Objective Analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in hospital physical examination center.Methods 250 medical examiners who underwent medical examinations at the hospital medical center from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected.According to the different nursing methods,125 patients in the observation group were treated with nursing risk management,and 125 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The nursing satisfaction,risk incidence and quality of care in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management is applied in hospital physical examination centers to effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing and the quality of nursing,and reduce the occurrence of nursing risks.This nursing method plays an important role.
