品管圈活动在糖尿病护理风险管理中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle activity in diabetes care risk management

目的在糖尿病护理风险管理中,应用品管圈活动进行干预,分析效果。方法从我院2018年2月至2019年2月期间收治的糖尿病患者中选取50名作为研究对象,按照是否实施品管圈活动将其分为实验1组和实验2组,对患者服药的依从性以及对疾病知识的掌握程度进行比较和分析。结果与未实施品管圈活动的实验1组相比,实验2组患者对疾病知识有着较高程度的掌握,服药的依从性也相对较高(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病护理风险管理中,实施品管圈活动,能提升患者的对疾病知识的掌握程度以及服药的依从性,价值大,值得应用。

Objective In the risk management of diabetes care,the application of quality control circle activities to intervene and analyze the effect.Methods From the patients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019,50 patients were selected as subjects.According to whether or not to implement the quality control circle activities,they were divided into the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2,and the patient's medication compliance was observed.And compare and analyze the mastery of disease knowledge.Results Compared with the experimental group 1 that did not implement the quality control circle activity,the experimental group 2 patients had a high degree of knowledge of disease knowledge,and the compliance of medication was relatively high(<0.05).Conclusion In the risk management of diabetes care,the implementation of quality control circle activities can improve the patient's mastery of disease knowledge and medication compliance,and the value is large and worthy of application.
