近海区域慢性咳嗽患者192例病因及治疗研究

Study on the etiology and treatment of 192 patients with chronic cough in the offshore area

目的对近海区域192例慢性咳嗽患者病因构成以及治疗有效性进行研究。方法选取山东省青岛疗养院于2018年6月至2019年6月间收治的慢性咳嗽患者192例,按照相关标准对患者的病症病因进行分析,并进行相应的治疗,在治疗完成后对两组患者的病因比较。结果192例患者在病因上分布为上气道咳嗽症状77例,嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎症状45例、咳嗽变异性哮喘症状36例,变应性咳嗽症状34例,分别占比为40.1%(77/192),23.44%(45/192),18.75%(36/192),17.71%(34/192)。造成慢性咳嗽的原因中,上气道咳嗽患者占比最高,与其他造成慢性咳嗽的病症相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在给予相应的治疗药物后治疗有效率比较差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论能诱发慢性咳嗽的症状较多,在对慢性咳嗽症状进行检查期间,医护人员应当详细的进行检查,避免对患者造成误诊,在进行针对性治疗后,患者的病症能够得到有效的好转。

Objective The etiology and therapeutic effectiveness of 192 patients with chronic cough in the offshore area were studied.Methods 192 patients with chronic cough admitted to Qingdao Sanatorium in Shandong Province from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.The etiology of the patients was analyzed according to relevant criteria,and corresponding treatment was performed.After the treatment was completed,the patients of the two groups were treated.Comparison of causes.Results Among the 192 patients,77 were found to have upper airway cough symptoms,45 with eosinophilic bronchitis,36 with cough variant asthma,and 34 with allergic cough,accounting for 40.1%(77/192),23.44%(45/192),18.75%(36/192),17.71%(34/192).Among the causes of chronic cough,upper airway cough patients accounted for the highest proportion,and were statistically significant compared with other conditions that caused chronic cough(<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate of treatment after administration of the corresponding therapeutic drugs(>0.05).Conclusion There are many symptoms that can induce chronic cough.During the examination of chronic cough symptoms,medical personnel should conduct detailed examinations to avoid misdiagnosis of patients.After targeted treatment,the patient's symptoms can be effectively improved.
