接种乙肝疫苗致1例阿瑟反应的报告

Report of a case of Arthur response caused by hepatitis B vaccine

目的探讨接种乙肝疫苗后引起阿瑟反应的原因及临床表现,降低发生异常反应的概率。方法对1例接种乙肝疫苗后引起疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的病例进行分析、调查诊断。结果阿瑟反应虽不是常见的接种反应,但在预防接种工作中时有发生,通过本案例提醒接种工作人员在接种实施过程中要详细了解疫苗属性非常见接种异常反应的发生机制,正确处置接种疫苗后所引起的疑似预防接种异常反应。结论应加强预防接种工作人员业务知识培训,提高对AEFI的发生应急处理的能力。

Otjective To explore the causes and clinical manifestations of Arthur's response after vaccination with hepatitis B vaccine,and to reduce the incidence of abnormal reactions.Methods Analysis,investigation and diagnosis of a case of suspected vaccination abnormality(AEFI)after vaccination with hepatitis B vaccine.Results Although the Arthur reaction is not a common vaccination reaction,it has occurred in the vaccination work.This case reminds the vaccination staff to know in detail about the vaccine properties during the vaccination implementation.After the suspected vaccination abnormal reaction caused.Conclusion The business knowledge training ofvaccination staff should be strengthened to improve the emergency response to AEFI.
