心电图QRS波时限与心力衰竭的关系 被引量:6

摘要 QRS波时限(QRSd)延长在心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者中较常见。年龄、性别、基础心脏病、药物等多种因素都可以影响QRSd。主流观点认为QRSd延长是心衰患者不良心血管事件的独立预测因子,但目前也有些不同的研究结果。起搏QRSd与患者的预后密切相关。QRSd及QRS波形态对心脏再同步化治疗的选择及疗效的评估具有重要的意义。
