摘要
为解决汽车安全气囊误作用判定准确数据源缺失的问题,探讨EDR数据直接判定安全气囊是否误作用的可行性。收集443个正面碰撞事故事件的EDR数据,结合安全气囊正面碰撞开发工况和气囊点火条件,统计分析得出:261个安全气囊起爆的事件中,存在速度低于20km/h而气囊误起爆的事件;因气囊起爆事件中EDR仅记录0s时刻前间隔100ms的数据,大于气囊点火判定10ms的时间间隔,故无法直接用于气囊误起爆工况的研究。182个安全气囊未起爆的事件中,存在5个速度高于25km/h且持续30ms平均减速度值大于20g的气囊应起爆事件;因气囊未起爆事件中EDR记录0s时刻后间隔10ms的数据,故仅可用于气囊该爆未爆工况粗略研究。
In order to solve the problem of data source shortage for the guidelines of determinate the airbag misuse,this research work on the plausibility of whether EDR data can be used to determinate the airbag misuse.EDR data from 443 passenger car frontal impact was collected.Integrating with the airbag frontal impact configuration and its triggering threshold,fowling results were concluded:261 airbag deploy crash events were captured while some of the cases with airbag abuse under 20 km/h impact velocity;these EDR data can,t apply on the airbag misuse research because EDR record 100 ms time interval before time zero which is longer than airbag triggering time(10 ms).During 182 airbag undeployed crash events there are 5 of cases with exceed 25 km/h impact speed and with 20 g mean deceleration under 30ms duration;these part of data can be applied on airbag abuse scenario research due to the EDR record the 10 ms interval data after crash.
