摘要
长江上游流域面积大、测站来源广泛、历史沿革复杂,本文在开展长江上游流域洪水相似性研究的基础上,设计了流域洪水管理分析系统.系统可划分为流域拓扑结构管理、流域洪水摘录、洪水贡献分析、暴雨中心分析和流域洪水查询分析等功能模块,实现了长江上游流域历史洪水的自动摘录、67项洪水特征指标的自动统计,利用摘录的1998~2016年的历史洪水成果,可开展历史相似洪水分析,同时可结合洪水预报调度系统,实时搜索与当前水雨情状态最相似的流域历史洪水,对长江上游流域的洪水预报调度决策起到了很好的参考作用.
The upper Reaches basin of Yangtze River have a large area,a great many gauge stations that comprised of a variety of sources,and whose historical evolutions are so complicated.It is that flood management&analysis system is designed to base on the flood similarity research in the upper reaches of Yangtze River,which is composed of basin topology management,river basin flood segmentation,upper runoff contribution analysis,storm center analysis,basin flood query analysis and so on.In this software system,historical floods are automatically segmented,67 flood characteristics are automatically statistic.The flood segmentation achievements between the year of 1998 and 2016 are applied to carry out similar historical flood analysis.At the same time,it can be combined with the flood forecasting scheduling system,to instantly search the most similar historical floods by current rain and water information,which can play a very good reference in the upstream of the Yangtze River basin flood forecasting and dispatching decision.
