The Effective Evaluation of the Reflective Teaching Training on Teacher Cultivation in Community Teaching

摘要 目的:探讨教学反思训练在社区教学师资培养中的效果。方法:对参与社区教学实践的12名教师进行为期3个月的教学反思训练干预,以专家、学生、教师对教师胜任力进行打分,比较教师前后胜任力的差异。结果:与干预前相比,干预后1个月和干预后3个月教师胜任力有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:教学反思训练可促使教师正视教师行为,并自觉提高自身教学能力,提高社区教学质量,值得推广。 Objective:To investigate the effect of the reflective teaching training on teacher cultivation in community teaching.Methods:12 practical teachers are selected to take part in these experimental,and using reflective training to intervene,meanwhile,the teacher competency is sever as evaluation criterion,and comparing the teacher competency before and after intervene through evaluation by professors,students and teachers.Results:There are obvious difference between intervened one month and intervened three months,and the results have statistical significance(P<0.5).Conclusion the reflective teaching training would change the teacher’s action,improve the ability of teaching practical,and the quality of teaching,are worth of being generalized.
