摘要
青少年社会工作作为一门实践性课程,要求学生在掌握理论知识的基础上更需学会将理论运用于实践。传统教学模式注重理论教授,无法满足青少年社会工作"在实践中学习"的要求。引入OBE教学模式,以成果导向、学生本位、持续改进为指导,帮助学生掌握职业所需的核心技能,为地方发展提供支撑。
As a practical course,adolescent social work asks students to learn to apply theory to practice on the basis of mastering theoretical knowledge.Traditional teaching mode focuses on theoretical professors,witch cannot meet the requirements of"learning in practice"for adolescent social work.Introducing the OBE teaching model,guided by results orientation,student orientation,and continuous improvement,to help students master the core skills required for their careers and provide support for local development.
