在学校提倡新工科、食品工程认证的形势下,为达到培养食品工程应用型人才的目的,建立食品工程应用型人才培养示范基地对提高学生的实践能力和创新能力意义重大。本文阐述了食品工程应用型人才培养示范基地建设的基础条件,示范基地的建设符合新工科建设要求,为学生提供创新创业平台的情况,人才培养示范基地建设的主要举措。

Under the situation of new engineering and food engineering certification,in order to achieve the purpose of cultivating food engineering applied talents,it is of great significance to establish a demonstration base for food engineering applied talents.It can improve practical ability and innovative ability for the students.This paper expounds the basic conditions for the construction of food engineering talent training demonstration base,the demonstration base meets the requirements of new engineering construction and provides innovation and entrepreneurship platform for students.And the paper also state the main measures for the construction of talent training demonstration base.
