刍议“中西文化比较”课程的教学理念

On the Teaching Idea of the Course "Comparison of Chinese and Western Culture"

"中西文化比较"是一门信息量丰富的综合性课程,对于大学英语和非英语专业学生拓展知识和建立跨文化和国际化视野具有重要意义。针对不同专业的学生教师要采用适合的教材,对历史专业学生适合加大理解深度,提高学生"知其然又知其所以然"的认识水平,为此需要教师具备中国史和世界史的专业知识,最好能积极从事中西文化比较的学术研究,同时加强文化人类学知识的学习。

"The comparison of Chinese and Western culture" is a comprehensive course with abundant information,which is of great significance for English and non-English majors to broaden their knowledge and establish cross-cultural and international perspectives.Teachers of different majors should adopt suitable textbooks,as for history major,we should deepen student understanding of history knowledge and improve their understanding of "knowing what is and knowing why it is so".For this reason,teachers should have professional knowledge of Chinese history and world history.It is better to actively engage in academic research on the comparison of Chinese and Western cultures,and at the same time strengthen the study of cultural anthropology knowledge.
