摘要
目的:了解不同学历层次的护生对生活护理的认同程度,提出相应对策。提高护生对生活护理的认同水平。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,调查在内蒙古医科大学附属医院实习的230名护理实习生,包括78名本科生,97名大专生,55名中专生对生活护理的认同程度。结果:本科护理实习生对生活护理的认同程度虽高于大中专护理实习生,但在实习过程中对实施生活护理的认同度却低于大中专护理实习生,护理实习生在实习过程中对实施生活护理的认同度普遍偏低(p<0.01)。结论:临床护理教育工作者应注重加强护理实习生对生活护理的认知教育,提高其认知水平,增强护理实习生从事生活护理的积极性和主动性,以提高职业素质。
Objective:To understand the different levels of nursing students for cognition of life care,so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the nursing stulents’ cognition degree of life care.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire on the cognition of life care was investigated among 78 nursing undergraduates,97 nursing college students,55 secondary school students in our hospital.Results:Although the cognition of life care of nursing undergraduates is better than that of nursing college students and secondary school students,but their implementation is worse than that of nursing college students and secondary school students;the implementation of life care of the intern nurses is generally low(p<0.01). Conclusion:Clinical nursing education workers should pay attention to strengthen nursing intern’s perception of life care education,improve the cognitive level,promote the enthusiasm and initiative of nursing care in life,in order to improve the professional quality.
