摘要
过程装备与控制工程是化工设备、机械基础、工程力学、控制工程、计算机等多学科交叉型专业,旨在培养具备开发、制造、运行控制化工设备能力的高级技术人才。有限元方法是该专业的重要课程,对于培养学生解决工程问题的能力具有重要作用,然而现有教学大纲、教材均以一般机械结构为研究对象,偏离了化工设备的应用背景。笔者近年来在该专业有限元方法教学过程中做了一些改革尝试,取得了明显的教学成效,本文对此做了归纳和总结。
Process equipment and control engineering is an interdiscipline of chemical equipment,machinery foundation,engineering mechanics,control engineering and computer science.The aim of this major is to cultivate advanced technical talents capable of developing,manufacturing and operation of the chemical equipments.As an important professional course,finite element method is of great importance in training the ability of students to solve engineering problems.However,the current syllabus and textbooks mainly study the basic mechanical structures,rather than the chemical equipment.In recent years,the author has tried some reform attempts in the teaching process of the finite element method course,and have obtained obvious teaching results which are summarized in this paper.
