摘要
培养适应新一轮产业革命和新产业发展的创新型工程技术人才,是工科专业开展创新创业教育的目标。根据地方综合性大学专业特点和培养人才定位,将创新创业教育与传统工科专业新工科建设相结合,确定了应用型机械类专业的创新创业教育理念和建设思路,构建了"一主线、三平台、多模块"的系统性创新创业教育体系,并通过实践得出专兼职"双师并教"教师队伍和校内外多资源协同的实践教学平台是确保创新创业教育有效实施的重要条件。对专业融合开展创新创业教育进行了可行的探索。
The goal of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education in the profession is to cultivate innovative engineering and technical personnel who be able to adapt to a new round of industrial revolution and new industry development.Comprehensive professional characteristics and talent positioning,the concept of innovative entrepreneurship education and construction ideas are determined that combining innovation and entrepreneurship education with the construction of new engineering.The systematic innovation and entrepreneurship education system is described that "one main line,three platforms and multiple modules".Through practice,there are two important conditions to ensure the effective implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education that are "double-teachers who are professional teachers and innovative instructors" teachers groups composed of full-time and part-time teachers inside and outsides school and practical teaching platform integrating the multi-resources within and outside the campus.It is provided a viable exploration method that integrated with the profession to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.
