临床医学生课外自主——合作学习模式实践的成效及问题

The Effects and Problems of Extracurricular Autonomous-cooperative Learning Model of Clinical Medical Students

目的:了解自主-合作学习模式实践取得的成效,发现存在的问题并进行改进。方法:主要采用问卷调查法开展研究。调查对象:参与自主-合作项目的临床医学专业12级学生,共回收有效问卷229份。结果:临床医学生课外自主-合作学习模式实践取得一定成效,提高学生各方面能力。但也存在一定问题,包括学生参与积极性不足、部分学生难以适应该学习模式、学习小组效率和学习氛围有待提高、相关制度有待改进等。结论:应采取社团形式开展"自主-合作学习"、发挥学习计划的作用、改进自主-合作学习制度、引导学生在小组学习活动方式上积极创新等改进对策。

Objective:To find out the results and existing problems of the practice of extracurricular autonomous-cooperative learning model and improve them.Methods:The research was mainly carried out by questionnaire survey.229 valid questionnaires were collected from 2012 grade clinical medicine students who participated in the autonomous-cooperative learning project.Results:This learning model has achieved certain results and improved students’abilities in all aspects.However,there are still some problems,including the lack of students’enthusiasm for participation,some students’difficulty in adapting to this learning mode,the efficiency and learning atmosphere of the study group and the relevant system needs to be improved.Conclusion:The college should take the form of association to carry out this learning model,give full play to learning plan,improve the learning system,and guide students to actively innovate in the way of group learning activities.
