摘要
面对我国当前就业服务工作"双向性"的要求,迫切需要用人单位在人才培养时推出更完善的模式来适应新的需求,以缓解"就业难""用工荒"和"高离职率"等多方面问题。
Faced with the requirement of"two-way"employment service in China,it is urgent for employers to introduce a more perfect model to meet the new needs in personnel training,so as to alleviate the problems of"difficult employment","shortage of employment"and"high turnover rate".
