浅谈高职院校开展全民食品安全科普的意义

Analysis on the Significance of the Food Safety Science Popularization in Higher Vocational Colleges

为实现科教兴国、驱动创新,提升国民素质,近年来国内已经兴起科普宣教的热潮。本文从国内科普现状,结合高职院校的职能、教学特色、学生情况等方面分析了在高职院校开展食品安全科普工作的重要性。最后,尝试为高等职业院校开展食品安全科普工作提出了一些建议思考,高职院校应保持职业教育的本色,为国内食品安全科普工作的顺利开展承担重要的科教角色和贡献自己的力量。

In order to realize the rejuvenation of the country through science and education,drive innovation by science and technology,and improve the whole national quality as soon as possible,the popularity of science and education has sprung up all over the country in recent years.The paper analyzes the importance of food safety popular science work in higher vocational colleges from the current situation of domestic popular science,combining the functions,teaching characteristics,and students’situation.Finally,we try to put forward some suggestions for higher vocational colleges to carry out the work of food safety popular science,hoping to maintain the true nature of vocational education for higher vocational colleges.To contribute to the smooth development of science and technology work in domestic food safety to take on an important role in science and education and contribute its own strength.
