This paper discusses the significance of regional management and regional governance. The author believes that the principle of regional management is suitable for regional governance. The difference is that regional governance includes regional evolution rather than regional management. Regional management, the focus of the task is to manage or regulate the resource and environmental structure of the region, the regional governance, the core is the organization that has an evolutionary purpose for the regional population and its clustered cities.
