摘要
Chengshan Wang received the Ph.D.degree in electrical engineering from Tianjin University,Tianjin,China,in 1991.From 1994 to 1996,he was a Senior Academic Visitor with Cornell University,Ithaca,NY,USA.From 2001 to 2002,he was a Visiting Professor with Carnegie Mellon University,Pittsburgh,PA,USA.He is currently a Professor with the School of Electrical and Information Engineering,Tianjin University.
