摘要
为了解决龙门峡南矿+623m回风平硐过6#溶洞的支护难题,首先对溶洞段工程地质及岩溶特征进行分析,确定采用疏堵结合的方法,以泄水性能良好的卵石充填并敷设排水管确保溶洞流水通道畅通,以"钢轨+钢筋混凝土"浇筑形成封堵溶洞体,通过引入边界条件对溶洞支护体采用拱梁分载法原理计算应力分析,并确定了溶洞封堵洞体支护方案,必须确保过溶洞的封堵洞体与周边岩层紧密结合,保证巷道运输、通风功能,并在封堵溶洞体设泄水管,安设水压观测表和自动泄水闸阀,水压超限自动排放,顺利地解决溶洞支护和安全难题,取得了良好的支护效果。
Aiming at the support difficulty in Longmenxia South Coal Mine which encountered 6#karst cave in + 623 m air return adit during construction, firstly, the engineering geological and karst characteristics of the karst cave section are analyzed,and the scheme combined dredging and plugging is determined. The pebbles with good drainage performance are filled and laid with drainage pipes to ensure the smooth flow of the karst water channel,and rail and reinforced concrete are used to build the plugging cave body. By introducing boundary conditions,the stress is calculated using the principle of arch beam and load sharing method for the plugging cave support body,and the support scheme is determined for the plugging cave body. It is necessary to ensure that the plugging cavity for crossing the karst cave is closely integrated with the surrounding rock layer to ensure the roadway transportation and ventilation. A drain pipe is deployed in the plugging cavity,with a water pressure observation table and an automatic drain valve,the water can be automatically discharged when the water pressure is over-limit. With the technolgy,favorable support effect is obtained,and the cave support and safety problems are solved.
