注浆固化截抽综合防突揭煤技术在五轮山矿的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为了实现巷道掘进穿断层群与煤层群并存复杂地质条件下快速安全揭煤,根据煤与瓦斯突出防治机理和破碎围岩支护机理,提出"注浆-固化-截抽"综合防突揭煤技术,并以五轮山矿运输大巷掘进为工程背景进行该项技术试验。首先,通过"管棚+注浆"支护技术对前掘巷道围岩进行超前控制,防止冒顶诱导突出;其次,应用"注浆+固化"技术对前掘巷道的全断面煤岩体进行注浆固化,改善煤岩体结构,降低突出指标K1值;最后,通过截抽孔将被注浆固化后隔离的瓦斯抽离断层群段煤层群区域,形成"注浆+固化+截抽"综合防突揭煤技术体系。该技术不仅可以防突,而且可以加强支护,保证安全、快速通过断层群段突出煤层群。 In order to realize the rapid and safe coal uncovering under the complicated geological conditions of the roadway tunneling through fault group and the coal seam group,the grouting-curing-extracting comprehensive anti-burst technology is proposed based on the prevention mechanism of coal and gas outburst and the supporting mechanism of broken surrounding rock.The technical test is carried out according to the engineering background of Wulunshan Mine transportation roadway construction. Firstly,through the pipe shed and grouting support technology,the surrounding rock of the excavation roadway is controlled ahead of time to prevent the roof caving leading to burst. Secondly,the grouting-curing technology is applied to grout and solidify the full-section coal and rock mass of the excavation roadway,improving the structure of coal-rock mass and reducing the K1 value. Finally,the gas isolated from the fault group is drained from the coal seam group,and the groutingcuring-extracting comprehensive anti-burst technology system is formed,which not only prevents the outburst,but also strengthens the support to ensure safe and rapid excavation of outburst coal seams group in the fault group.
