锚杆锚索同排协同支护在南关矿的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对南关矿高水平应力条件下三采区轨道巷变形量大,难于支护的问题,以锚杆锚索同排协同支护思想为指导,通过现场观测、数值模拟及理论分析,对巷道掘进后围岩中应力演化规律及变形破坏机制进行了研究,提出锚杆锚索同排布置协同支护方案,对比了原支护方案及优化支护方案的预应力场和围岩变形情况。结果表明,锚杆、锚索布置方式及预应力协同后,最大限度发挥了锚固构件力学性能,提高了围岩的自承能力,减小了巷道围岩变形量。现场应用与监测数据表明,锚杆锚索同排协同支护方案具有良好的支护效果,可以有效控制巷道围岩。 Due to the high level horizontal stress in the deep underground,the deformation of track roadway in the No. 3 mining district of Nanguan Coal Mine is large and it’s hard to support. To control the roadway stability,the stress evolution law and failure mechanism after excavation are studied by field monitor, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The synergetic support that arranges bolts and cables in the same row is presented,and the prestress field and deformation of surrounding rock are compared. It turns out that,only after both the layout and prestress of bolts and cables are synergetic,can the mechanical property of anchorage structure be used better. The synergetic support improves the self-supporting capacity and reduces the deformation of surrounding rock. Field application and monitoring data shows the synergetic support has achieved practical supporting effect and the stability of roadway is effectively controlled.
