摘要
针对平顶山天宏选煤厂煤泥水泥化程度高、难处理的问题,采用传统絮凝剂#1和#2与新型絮凝剂AL9020作对比,进行煤泥水沉降试验并分析其效果。首先对煤泥进行筛分试验和X射线衍射,并同时对絮凝剂AL9020进行红外光谱分析。在此基础上对煤泥水进行实验室絮凝剂沉降试验和工业级絮凝沉降试验,并探讨了三种絮凝剂对煤泥水的沉降特性的影响机制。结果表明:该煤泥水粒度细,粘土矿物含量高,属于典型的高泥化难沉煤泥水,AL9020获得了最佳的沉降效果,实验室试验在用量6mL时,6min后的澄清区高度为18. 4cm,上清液透光率为73. 2%;工业试验中,AL9020用量为14g/t时,溢流水浓度为1. 5g/L。
According to the hard and difficult treatment of slime cementation in Tianhong Coal Preparation Plant,in this paper,the traditional flocculating agent #1 and #2 were compared with the new flocculating agent AL9020 through the settling test of slime water. Firstly,the slime was screened and X-ray diffracted,and the flocculating agent AL9020 was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. On this basis,laboratory flocculating agent settling test and industrial flocculating agent settling test were carried out for the slime water,and action mechanism of the three flocculants for the settling characteristics of slime water was discussed.The results show that the slurry water is highly sliming and difficult to process with its fine granularity and high clay mineral content,and AL9020 has the best settling effect. The height of clear zone is 18. 4 cm and the transmittance of supernatant is73. 2% after 6 minutes in laboratory test. In the industrial test,when the dosage is 14 g/t,the concentration of overflow water is1. 5 g/L.
