摘要
为解决较薄煤层采煤机大功率化带来的开采装载问题,通过对较薄煤层采煤机现有挡煤机构与装煤特点的分析,提出了较薄煤层采煤机装载问题的另一种解决思路,同时也提出了一种新型挡煤结构。文章对该较薄煤层采煤机滑槽式挡料机构的具体结构、关键技术特点作了详细阐述,并对如何进行的优化改进、以及使用注意事项做了详细介绍,便于较薄煤层采煤机滑槽式挡料机构得到更好的推广使用。
Based on the analysis of the existing coal retaining mechanism and the characteristics of coal loading,the author proposes another way to solve the loading problem of the thinner coal seam shearer and a new coal retaining structure. In this paper,the specific structure and key technical characteristics of the slip-slot type retaining mechanism of thinner coal seam shearer are elaborated in detail to solve the mining loading problem brought about by the high-power thinner coal seam shearer.The author also describes the optimization improvement and the application attention,so as to make it easier to popularize and use the slip-type retaining mechanism of the thinner coal seam shearer.
