Research progress on the role of interleukin-17 in allergic reactions and its related mechanisms

摘要 文章通过对IL-17在过敏反应中的分化调节作用和机制,及其在自身免疫疾病、寄生虫感染、哮喘、包虫等疾病方面的研究进展进行回顾,对IL-17及其家族成员在过敏性反应中作用的研究进展进行综述,分析IL-17在不同过敏性疾病中促进炎症反应的发生机制.目前关于IL-17在靶向治疗中的应用有了突破性的进展,IL-17抗体已经应用于部分过敏性疾病的治疗中.文章亦对于今后IL-17抗体的应用前景进行了分析与展望. This paper showed that interleukin-17(IL-17)and its family members play a significant role in allergic reactions.The differentiation and regulation of IL-17 in allergic reactions and its mechanism,as well as the research progress in autoimmune diseases,parasitic infections,asthma,hydatid diseases and other diseases were reviewed.The mechanism of IL-17 promoting inflammatory response in different allergic diseases was analyzed.At present,there has been breakthroughs in the application of IL-17 in targeted therapy.Also,IL-17 antibody has been applied in the treatment of some allergic diseases.This paper also analyzed and predicted the application prospect of IL-17 antibody in the future.
