高校护理质量评价指标体系的构建

摘要 目的构建一套适用于高校的护理质量评价指标体系。方法广泛查阅国内外文献,经过专家小组讨论形成咨询问卷,对在校大学生进行2轮的函询调查,采用界值法、结合综合指数法对指标进行筛选,最终确立高校护理质量评价指标体系。结果两轮函询中,问卷回收率均为100%,权威系数分别为0.46、0.54,构建了包含6个一级指标,12个二级指标,31个三级指标的高校护理质量评价指标体系。结论本研究构建的高效护理质量评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,为高校护理工作的评价提供客观、可量化的测评依据。 Objective To develop an indicator system to evaluate the nursing quality in colleges. Methods A questionnaire was formatted based on the literature review and expert group discussions. The indicator system was selected by the dividing value and comprehensive index methods after two rounds of questionnaire surveys. Results In the two rounds of surveys, the questionnaire recovery rates were both 100%. The authority coefficients in the two rounds were 0.46 and 0.54, respectively. The indicator system was consisted with 6 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 31 third-level indicators. Conclusion An reliable and scientific indicator system for the measurement of nursing quality in colleges was developed. It can provide an objective and quantifiable basis for evaluation of nursing work.
