Study on Ventilation Conditions for Different Types of Teaching Buildings

摘要 教学楼中不同位置的房间通风效果是不同的。本文旨在研究直线型中学教学楼的通风特点。选取亚热带地区厦门做为典型城市,分别设置内外廊,不同房间大小作为变量,利用CFD模拟的方法进行研究。根据《绿色建筑评价标准》采用空气龄面积比的方式作为衡量标准。结果显示,直线型教学楼外廊式普遍可以获得更大的室内风速,外廊式通风效果比內廊式好35. 55%,在开口条件不变的情况下,不同位置房间的通风状况随通风角度而发生变化,当通风角度在0°-35°之间的时候,越靠近来流风方向的房间通风效果越好。 The ventilation effect of the rooms in different locations of a teaching building is different.This paper aims to study the ventilation characteristics of a linear middle school building.Xiamen was selected as a typical city in the subtropical region.The inner and outer corridors were set up separately,and the size of different rooms was used as a variable to study by CFD simulation.The method of using the air age ratio is taken as a measure according to the Green Building Evaluation Standard.The results show that the linear style of the classroom building can generally obtain a larger indoor wind speed.The ventilation effect of the outer gallery is 35.55% better than that of the inner gallery.Under the same opening conditions,the ventilation conditions of the rooms of different spatial scales are different.When the wind angle is between 0°and 35°,the room closer to the direction of the wind flow shows superior ventilation effect.
