摘要
试验旨在研究不同牧草青贮对绵羊生长性能和消化代谢的影响,以期开发适于绵羊养殖的粗饲料资源。选择5月龄左右育成羊60只,平均分为3组,每组20只,公、母各半,分别饲喂小黑麦、高丹草和全株玉米3种经过裹包青贮的牧草。结果表明,高丹草组绵羊平均日增重显著高于小黑麦组(P<0.05);高丹草组公羊平均日增重显著高于全株玉米组(P<0.05);高丹草组绵羊日采食粗料干物质显著高于小黑麦组和全株玉米组(P<0.05),小黑麦组显著高于全株玉米组(P<0.05);小黑麦组母羊粗蛋白质消化率显著高于高丹草组(P<0.05);小黑麦组母羊氮沉积显著高于全株玉米组和高丹草组(P<0.05)。高丹草增重效果好于全株玉米,小黑麦与全株玉米间无显著性差异。
The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of different forage silage on growth performance, digestion, metabolism in sheep. Sixty healthy five-month-old growing lambs were randomly divided into three groups with twenty lambs in each group, half in male and female. Different groups were provided with triticale silage, sorghum-sudan silage and corn silage respectively. The results showed that, ADG of lambs fed with sorghum-sudan silage was higher than that of lambs fed with triticale silage(P<0.05), ADG of male lambs fed with sorghum-sudan silage was higher than that of male lambs fed with corn silage(P<0.05), ADFI of lambs feeding sorghum-sudan silage was higher than that of lambs fed with triticale silage and corn silage(P<0.05), ADFI of lambs fed with triticale silage was higher than that of lambs fed with corn silage(P<0.05). Crude protein digestibility of female lambs fed with triticale silage was significantly higher than that of female lambs fed with sorghum-sudan silage(P<0.05). Nitrogen intake and retention of female lambs feeding triticale silage was significantly higher than that of corn silage(P<0.05). It is concluded that, sorghum-sudan silage is better than corn silage, there is no significant difference between triticale silage and corn silage in sheep.
