摘要
试验旨在研究父母代蛋鸡饲料中添加抗菌肽和复方中药超微粉对种蛋孵化的影响。在相同饲养条件下,选取16周龄体重相近的健康的伊莎褐种蛋鸡800只,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复20只。对照组不添加抗菌肽和复方中药超微粉,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加300 mg/kg抗菌肽+1.0%复方中药超微粉、300 mg/kg抗菌肽+1.5%复方中药超微粉、300 mg/kg抗菌肽+2.0%复方中药超微粉。饲喂9周,第25周龄结束后,进行人工授精。授精后第4 d,每组随机抽取500枚种蛋进行孵化。其中A组为对照组的种蛋,B、C、D组分别是试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的种蛋。结果显示:饲料中添加适量抗菌肽和复方中药超微粉可以显著提高种蛋的孵化率、健雏率和平均初生重(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,饲料中添加抗菌肽和复方中药超微粉可提高种蛋的孵化率、健雏率和平均初生重,且添加300 mg/kg抗菌肽+2.0%复方中药超微粉孵化效果最理想。
The study was to investigate the effect of antibacterial peptide(AP) and compound Chinese medicine ultrafine powder(CCMUP) on egg hatch of parents substitute layers. A total of 800 ISA brown 16-week-old hens under the condition of the same breeding were randomly divided into four groups with ten replications in each group and 20 hens in each replication. The control group was fed with basal diets. Test Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups were experimental groups, which were respectively added 300 mg/kg AP+1.0% CCMUP, 300 mg/kg AP+1.5% CCMUP, 300 mg/kg AP+2.0% CCMUP in basal diets, respectively. The experiment lasted nine weeks. Artificial insemination was done at the end of the 25 th weekold. 500 breeding eggs were randomly selected to incubate after the 4 th day of insemination. Treatment A was eggs of the control group. Treatment B、C and D were eggs of test group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively. The results showed that adding appropriate amount of AP and CCMUP in feed can significantly improve the egg hatching rate, thrifty chick rate and average birth weight(P<0.05). The above results showed that adding AP and CCMUP in feed can improve the egg hatching rate, thrifty chick rate and average birth weight, and hatching effect was the best when adding 300 mg/kg AP and 2.0% CCMUP(P<0.05).
