太子参提取物影响动物机体抗氧化应激效果的Meta分析 被引量:4

Meta-analysis of the effects of Pseudostellaria heterophylla extraction on the anti-oxidative stress in animals

摘要 为认识和系统评价太子参提取物对提高动物机体抗氧化应激的临床效果,文章采用RevMan软件按照Cochrane法进行Meta循证统计分析。Meta分析共纳入9篇文献33项试验,其样本量307只,其中太子参试验组213只,模型对照组94只。结果显示:较之于对照组,试验组分别显著提高试验动物组织器官谷胱甘肽抗氧化酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,分别为[SMD=1.83,95%CI(1.54,2.13),P<0.01]、[SMD=2.46,95%CI(1.61,3.31),P<0.01];显著降低试验动物组织器官丙二醛(MDA)含量[SMD=-1.89,95%CI(-2.36,-1.42),P<0.01]。同时,显著提高动物血清SOD活力[SMD=1.71,95%CI(1.26,2.16),P<0.01],并显著降低动物血清MDA含量[SMD=-1.80,95%CI(-2.49,-1.11),P<0.01]。敏感分析结果显示,Meta分析结果稳定可靠;发表偏倚分析结果显示,所纳入文献除GSH-Px指标外,均存在一定的发表偏倚性。综上,太子参提取物可显著提升动物机体抗氧化应激水平,太子参作为新型抗氧化应激和保健类兽药或饲料添加剂具有研发潜力,且真实性抗氧化效果仍需在养殖过程中进一步验证。 To understand and systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Pseudostellaria heterophylla extract on improving anti-oxidative stress in animals, according to the Cochrane system instruction, meta analysis was performed by RevMan software. A total of nine reports, 33 trials, 307 samples(including 213 mice treated with Pseudostellaria heterophylla extraction, 94 mice treated as control group) were involved. Meta analysis results showed that: compared with the control group, the experimental group can significantly increased the activity of GSH-Px and SOD in tissues and organs [SMD=1.83, 95% CI(1.54, 2.13), P<0.01], [SMD=2.46, 95% CI(1.61, 3.31), P<0.01], significantly reduced the MDA content [SMD=-1.89, 95% CI(-2.36,-1.42), P<0.01], significantly improved the serum SOD activity [SMD=1.71, 95% CI(1.26, 2.16), P<0.01] and GSH-Px activity, significantly reduced animal serum MDA content [SMD=-1.80, 95% CI(-2.49,-1.11), P<0.01]. Sensitivity analysis showed that meta analysis results were stable. Publication bias analysis showed that the included literature except GSH-Px had some certain publication bias. Based on the existed evidence, the conclusion indicates that the Pseudostellaria Heterophylla extraction can significantly improve the antioxidant stress level of animal. It has important potential in the development of new animal anti-oxidation stress health care drugs or feed additives, and the authentic antioxidant effect still needs to be further verified in the culture process.
