面对政策机遇,香港应利用自身专业优势,依托完善的法律制度、成熟的资本市场、稳健的基础设施,创新并丰富绿色金融产品,将绿色金融的服务对象从本港延伸至内地、“一带一路”沿线国家乃至更大范围,为国际发行人提供绿色资金、环境影响评估、绿色项目审查与认证等专业技术及服务。

The Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area issued in February 2019 stated China will"support the development of Hong Kong into a green finance center in the Greater Bay Area,and set up an internationally recognized green bond certification institution.,,With opportunities provided by the favorable policies,Hong Kong should make the best of its professional advantages,complete legal system,mature capital market and sound infrastructure to innovate and enrich its green financial products so that its green finance service can extend from Hong Kong to the Mainland,to countries include in BRI and beyond,and provide international issuer with professional techniques and services such as green funding,environmental impact assessment and green project review and certification.
