On the New Changes and New Realms of the Daily Life of Leading Cadres

领导干部的日常生活既是一个长期被忽视的话题,也是一个对领导干部与执政党来说都非常重要的话题。党的十八大以来,全面从严治党使得领导干部的日常生活有了一些新的可喜的变化:日常生活方式更加健康,交往的功利性驱动大为减少,对家属子女的约束更为严格。领导干部的日常生活具有职业人共同的“日用”性特征,也有其特殊性,既不能时时处处将其“高大上”化,也不能小觑其外部性效用。在新时代,领导干部应打破交往身份“区隔”,与本单位群众交朋友;主动融入公共生活,引导日常生活伦理;坚持政治道德操守,扩大道德影响力,不断开拓新时代领导干部日常生活的新境界。

The daily life of leading cadres is not only a long-neglected topic,but also a topic of great importance to both leading cadres and the ruling party.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,there have been some new and gratifying changes in the daily life of leading cadres under seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor:the daily life style is healthier,the utilitarian drive of communication is greatly reduced,and the restrictions on family members and children are more strict.The daily life of leading cadres has the characteristics of"daily use",which is common to professionals,but it also has its particularity.Their daily life can neither always be made superb,nor be under estimated its external utility.In the new era,leading cadres should break the identity differences and make friends with the masses of their units;they need often go deep into the field of public life to guide the ethics of daily life;they should strictly cultivate their own moral character,adhere to political ethics,and constantly open up new realms in their daily life in the new era.
