SOEs on Track C en trally adm inistered state-owned enterprises(SOEs)have m aintained a steady pace in upgrading and reform ing as the econom y shifts toward high-quality growth.They registered upgrade in quality and efficiency with their profit growth outpacing revenue increases in 2017 and 2018,said a report released by the research center o f the State-Owned Assets Supervision and A dm inistration Com m ission o f the State C oun cil(SA SA C).In 2018,central SO Es saw their operating revenue rise by 10.1 percent with a 16.7-percent growth in their profits.
