临沂市外来媳妇HIV感染者生存现况调查

Survey of survival status among HIV-infected migrant women married with local men in Linyi city

目的了解生活在临沂市的外来媳妇艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者的生存现况,以采取及时有效的措施提高其生活质量。方法采用定量调查和定性访谈相结合的方法,对目前生活在临沂市接受随访管理的外来媳妇HIV感染者开展现况调查。结果截至2018年5月31日,留在临沂市并正接受随访管理的外来媳妇HIV感染者共51人;平均年龄(39.18±4.13)岁;45人(88.24%)已适应了当地的生活;34人(66.67%)的娘家人支持其在临沂生活;6人(11.76%)外来媳妇仍无法接受感染HIV的事实;过去的一个月,42人(82.35%)有不同程度的焦虑、担心和不安情绪,全部病例均曾因为疾病、身体的不适、疼痛或对患病的恐惧而烦恼;39人(76.47%)能获得配偶的理解和帮助,子女是其生活的主要动力;访谈结果显示,目前生活中最关心健康、经济来源和子女三方面的问题。结论外来媳妇HIV感染者生活现况面临经济、心理、社会支持、子女和政策等方面的问题,应进一步采取关怀救助措施,以提高其生活质量。

Objective To understand the survival status of marriage-based migrant women living in Linyi city,in order to take effective measures to improve their quality of life.Methods Based on quantitative and qualitative methods,a survey was conducted among HIV infected migrant women married with the local men in Linyi city.Results Up to May 31,2018,51 HIV-infected migrant married women were followed up,with the average age of39.18±4.13 years.88.24%(45/51)of them were adapted to the local life.66.67%(34/51)were supported by their natural families;11.76%(6/51)of the HIV-infected migrant women could not accept the fact of HIV infection.82.35%(42/51)of them had a various degree of anxiety,worry and disturbance in the past month,and all of them suffered from physical discomfort,pain or fear of illness.76.47%(39/51)cases got understanding and help from their spouses.Children were the motivation for their lives.Their primary concern was health,economy and children.Conclusion The HIV infected migrant women are facing the major problems of economic,psychological,and social support,relevant policies and children,and more care should be provided with them so as to improve their quality of life.
