摘要 航天导弹发射车产品总装与调试生产属于典型的多品种、小批量生产模式,传统的手工纸质记录、事后统计模式难以适应航天产品量化控制与风险控制的要求与发展趋势。通过在制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)中建立信息化质量信息分析模块的方式,实现了导弹发射车总装与调试工序相关测试数据的包络分析和批次比对分析;对1000余项测试项目基于能力过程控制指数进行总装与调试工序健康度评价,并对装调异常工序进行预警,实现了装调数据结果的高效识别与判定;实现了小批量的导弹发射车产品生产过程的细化控制、量化控制,对航天小批量产品的总装与调试生产过程实现高效、便捷的精细化质量管控具有一定适用性。 The general assembly and integration test of missile firing vehicle(FV for short)is a typical production pattern of small batch but multi-variety.The traditional paper record and subsequent statistical pattern are very difficult to meet the requirement of space products’risk and quantification control.Besides they are not in line with the trend of development.Through quality information’s analysis module in MES,analyzed the envelope of FV’s general assembly and adjustment data and compare data among different batches.Based on the process capacity index,evaluated the health of more than 1000 processes and indicate the abnormal processes to realize the efficient identification and judgment of data.Realized refining and quantification control of FV’s manufacturing process and facilitated the measures implementation of efficient and convenient quality control for the small-batch space product’s assembly and adjustment process.
