Investigation on Waiting Status Real-time Reminder on WeChat in a Hospital in Beijing

目的:描述基于信息平台的就诊等候实时提醒功能,评价其应用效果。方法:在启用微信提醒后,以800名患者为调查对象,对性别等计数资料进行频次与率的描述,对年龄进行均数和标准差的描述,对就诊顺序号进行中位数和四位数描述;采用Logistic回归分析是否使用及使用意愿的影响因素。结果:53.6%的患者使用了提醒功能,78.3%的患者愿意使用该功能;在使用该功能的429名患者中,对“方便程度”“准确程度”“就诊等候时间”满意的分别有83.7%、73.0%和68.5%;影响“是否使用”的因素中,有统计学意义(P<0.05)的因素为患者来源(P=0.037)及挂号类型(P=0.011);影响“是否愿意使用”的因素中有统计学意义(P<0.05)的因素为患者对准确程度的满意度(P=0.037)。结论:该模式适用于空间有限的门诊;医院应推行分时段报到提高患者等候时间满意度,加强现场挂号和非本地患者的就诊引导,并提高微信提醒的准确性;微信提醒是患者就诊等候模式的发展趋势。

Objective:To describe the real-time reminder function for medical treatment on WeChat based on information platform and evaluate the effects.Methods:A survey of 800 patients after the application was conducted.Frequency and rate was used to describe categorical variables.Mean and standard deviation was used to describe the age.Median and quartile interval was used to describe the sequence number.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influences of“use or not”and“use intention”.Results:53.6%of the patients used the reminder function,while 78.3%of them were willing to use it.Among 429 patients who used the function,83.7%,73.0%and 68.5%were satisfied with"convenience","accuracy"and"waiting time"respectively.Among the factors influencing"use or not",there was statistical significance(P<0.05)in“source of patients”(P=0.037)and“type of registration”(P=0.011).Among the factors influencing"use intention",there was statistical significance(P<0.05)in“patient satisfaction with accuracy of the function”(P=0.037).Conclusion:The model is appropriate for clinics with limited space.Hospitals should divide the time period strictly to improve patient satisfaction with waiting time,perfect guidance service to non-reserved and non-local patients,and improve the accuracy of WeChat reminder function.It is the development trend that waiting status real-time reminder on WeChat becomes outpatient waiting model.
