摘要
目的:调查新医改环境下医疗机构药师对药品零加成等医改政策的认知情况,并分析其对药师发展的影响。方法:采用方便抽样法对医疗机构药师进行网上问卷调查,主要涉及药品零加成、两票制和药品采购三项政策,并对调查结果进行描述性统计分析。结果:110位被调查者中了解零加成、两票制和药品采购政策的分别有94人、59人和64人,其中各有45.74%、37.29%和53.13%的药师认为零加成、两票制和药品采购政策对其发展而言是机遇与挑战并存,34.04%的药师认为零加成政策不利于自身发展,42.37%的药师认为两票制对自身发展没有影响。结论:药师对医改政策了解不够。为应对医改挑战,药师应抓住机遇实现职业转型,增强专业服务的意识,提升专业服务的能力。
Objective:To investigate pharmacists′cognition of zero markup and other medical reform policies under the background of new medical reform in medical institutions,and analyze the impact on pharmacists.Methods:This study conducted an online questionnaire survey for pharmacists in medical institutions with convenience sampling,mainly involving three policies:zero markup,two invoices system and medicine purchasing policies,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the survey results.Results:Among the 110 respondents,94,59 and 64 respondents understood zero markup,two invoices system and medicine purchasing policies respectively,among which there were 45.74%,37.29%and 53.13%pharmacists believing that zero markup,two invoices system and medicine purchasing policies were opportunities and challenges for their development.In addition,34.04%of pharmacists believed that the zero markup had no influence on their development,and 42.37%of pharmacists believed that the two invoices system had no impact on their development.Conclusion:Pharmacists don′t know enough about the medical reform policy.In order to meet the challenges of medical reform,pharmacists must realize that their professional values are pharmaceutical services,and they should take advantage of this opportunity to realize the career transformation,enhance the consciousness and ability of professional services.
