南京市居民家庭医生签约服务的满意度与签约现状调查

Survey on the Satisfaction Degree and the Status Quo of Family Doctor Contract Service in Nanjing

目的:了解南京市家庭医生签约服务实施现状以及居民对签约服务的满意度。方法:2018年11月,选取南京市9个区的18家社区卫生服务中心当天就诊的360位患者进行问卷调查。结果:居民对家庭医生签约服务知晓率与签约服务了解程度较低;居民的家庭医生签约率较高,但也存在部分居民对签约服务无需求现象;居民对签约服务整体满意度较高,但对医疗设备与报销水平的满意度相对较低;不同性别、年龄层次以及不同身体健康状况的居民对签约服务满意度具有显著性差异。结论:应该进一步加大宣传力度,提高居民知晓率与了解程度;丰富家庭医生签约服务包,引导居民客观认知自身的健康需求;完善社区卫生服务中心医疗设备配置,提高签约服务报销比例;针对不同居民群体制定差异化签约服务包,满足不同个体居民签约服务需求。

Objective:To understand the status quo and the residents′satisfaction of contract service of family doctors in Nanjing.Methods:In November 2018,360 patients from 18 community health service centers in 9 districts of Nanjing were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results:Residents′awareness of the contract services of family doctors was low,the signing rate of family doctors were relatively high,but some residents had no demand for contract services.The overall satisfaction of residents with the contract services was high,but the satisfaction of medical equipment and reimbursement level was relatively low.Residents with different gender,age level and health status had significant differences in their satisfactions with contract service.Conclusion:The publicity should be further strengthened to improve residents′awareness and understanding.The government should enrich family doctors′contract service packages to guide residents to objectively recognize their own health needs,improve medical equipment in community health service centers to increase the proportion of reimbursement of contract services,and formulate differentiated contract service packages for different residents to meet the contract service needs of different individual residents.
