摘要
中华人民共和国的成立,是近代以来发生的一件具有深远影响的重大事件,它不仅极大地改变了世界力量对比,而且也深刻地推动了国际政治经济秩序变革。新中国成立70年来,中国与世界的关系发生了历史性变化,中国外交也走过了站起来、富起来和强起来的三个基本阶段,走出了一条中国特色大国外交道路,积累了丰富的外交经验。环顾世界,当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局,当今中国正处于两个一百年的历史交汇期,中国外交站在一个新的历史起点上。面对变动不居的国际国内形势,充分汲取中国外交70年的基本经验,这些经验对未来中国对外工作具有重要的指导意义。
The foundation of the People’s Republic of China is a major event with far-reaching influences in modern times.It has not only greatly changed the balance of world power,but also profoundly promoted the transformation of the international political and economic order.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in the past 70 years,the relationship between China and the world has undergone a historic change.China’s diplomacy has also gone through three basic stages of standing up,getting rich,and strengthening,and has embarked on a diplomatic road with Chinese characteristics and rich diplomatic experiences.Looking around the world,the world today is in a state of great change in the past 100 years.Now China is in a period of two hundred years of historical exchange,and China’s diplomacy is standing at a new historical starting point.Facing the international and domestic situation of change,and fully drawing on the basic experiences of China’s diplomatic affairs for 70 years,70 years of Chinese diplomatic experience has important guiding significance for China’s foreign diplomacy in the future.
