Mechanical properties of chopped BFRC and its application in airport pavement engineering

摘要 针对机场跑道道面开裂和耐久性不足的问题,提出将力学性能优越的玄武岩纤维增强混凝土(BFRC)应用到机场道面中.对BFRC在不同纤维体积掺量下的抗压强度变化规律进行了研究,利用数值模拟方法对B737-300、SU-27、EL-76三种典型机型轮载作用下的BFRC机场道面产生的应力、应变和位移进行分析.结果表明,随着纤维掺量的增加,BFRC的抗压和抗劈拉强度呈现先增加、后放缓再下降的变化趋势.BFRC在三种典型机型轮载作用下的应力、应变和位移均满足要求,BFRC具备塑性特征,在机场道面上的应用是安全的. In order to solve the problem of cracking and insufficient durability for airport runway,the basalt fiber reinforced concrete(BFRC)with superior mechanical properties was proposed to be applied in the airport pavement.The change law of compressive strength of BFRC under different fiber contents was carried out.The stress,strain and displacement of BFRC airport pavement under the wheel load of three typical aircrafts,i.e.B737-300,SU-27 and EL-76,were studied using the numerical simulation method.The results show that the compressive and splitting tensile strength of BFRC increase at first,then slow down and finally decrease with the increase of fiber content.The stress,strain and displacement under the wheel load of three typical aircrafts meet the requirements.The BFRC has plastic characteristics and its application in airport pavement is safe.
